The seven-bedroom property also has a great room, a media room and sliding doors that lead out to an oceanfront deck. One of the two master suites has a fireplace and sitting area, built-in bookshelves and a kitchenette. The property is surrounded by a white picket fence and beautiful white flowers.

The Tori & Dean alum’s residence also comes with plenty of amenities, including a gorgeous spiral staircase as soon as you walk into the foyer, a personal sauna, a wet bar and a three-car garage. The area is completed with a custom pool and spa that boasts a rock waterfall, plus a huge patio filled with lounge chairs and tables. "I spent four years, 24-7, planning this house," says Spelling of the French chateau-style house, which boasts five acres of manicured grounds, a tennis court, a swimming pool and a beauty salon. "Now I need something smaller – just for me." Her plan?
